2024/25 Permission to Skate (PTS)
Permission to Skate request forms are available on the Upper York website. These forms are only to be used for
U10-U16 Players wishing to attend "AAA" tryouts or
Junior Hockey Tryout Camp.
The OMHA has not released the 2024/25 Season Permission to Skate Forms to Associations yet, once that is released, PTS forms will be sent out to those that have completed the request form.
