2024 U14 Checking Clinic Registration Form (UPPER YORK MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION)

The U14 Checking Clinic is designed for 2011 born players who are new to contact hockey. Players who have played contact hockey during the 2023/2024 season are NOT required to attend a checking clinic to be eligible for tryouts. PLEASE NOTE: 1) We will only be accepting 25 players per session on a first registered first served basis. 2) No Goalies are required for this clinic.
