The UYMHA Checking Clinic is for 2012 and 2013 birth year Upper York Admirals Players that have never played contact hockey or plan to attend the 2026 spring tryouts to play contact hockey.
Players MUST register and take a checking clinic before they can register for AA, A tryouts in April.
Players may register for up to TWO checking clinics. Clinics are free to Upper York Admiral rostered players.
Registration opens Sunday, March 15th at 12:00pm.
