This past weekend, the Upper York Admirals U16BB Hockey Mom Squad came together for a team-building evening with a fun 1980’s theme. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, share laughs, and get to know one another off the ice. In addition to the fun, the group organized a “Fill a Purse for a Sister” campaign, where each mom donated a purse filled with essential items and small comforts for women in need. The Upper York Admirals U16BB team kicked off their season this past Saturday with an exciting team event. The day began with a golf tournament at Lakeview House Golf Club, followed by a fun-filled afternoon BBQ at Sibbald Point Provincial Park. The team enjoyed fishing, football, lacrosse, and even a refreshing dip in the lake. It was a fantastic start to the season with a great group of young men.
